Infused Oil Photos Just thought I’d add a few photos of some infused spearmint oil I made today. Enjoy! Freshly cut spearmint Leave the herb to dry for the day and wilt. Removes excess water. Jars to make infused oil can be any size. Bruise the leaves, put into the jar and pour oil (grapeseed oil is good) over the herbs. Leave the oil in the sun or on a shelf for about two weeks. I like to strain and add more herbs weekly to make a stronger infused oil.
